Cross Creek Dental Text Messaging

Noe Chaparro DDS PLLC, doing business as Cross Creek Dental, offers optional text messaging for appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling, and two-way conversations about appointments and patient inquiries.

Consent

You may enroll by giving verbal permission to our staff after they explain the texting program. Staff record your consent in our practice management system. Creating a patient account or providing a phone number alone does not enroll you.

Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or receiving dental care.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and conversations with our office. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out. After that, you will receive no further messages from this program unless you provide consent again. You may also call 254-655-4323 to request removal.
